PAYMENT METHODS

Onfloor.com accepts Visa, Mastercard , Discover and American Express credit cards. Onfloor.com obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order when your order is placed, but will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. Please note that debit and check cards with daily spending limits may delay the processing of your order.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY CODES (CVV2)

The Onfloor.com Store requires a Card Verification Value (CVV2) to protect you from unauthorized use of your account. CVV2 is a security feature for credit card transactions conducted over the Internet or phone that helps confirm you have possession of your credit card. The CVV2 is a three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards. It is always the last group of numbers on the back of the card and is not part of your regular credit card number. We never retain your CVV2 number anywhere in our servers.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped or picked up in New York, North Carolina or Virginia will have sales tax added to their sale based on destination and the corresponding sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. Orders shipped all other states will not be charged sales tax.

TAX EXEMPTION

If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact Onfloor.com Sales at contact@onfloor.com and be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted as there are no Federal taxes applied to orders from the Onfloor.com Store.

ORDER PROCESSING

Pending unanticipated changes in product availability, payment and warehouse processing time, orders received by 11:00 am EST will be processed within the next business days and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Onfloor.com will not ship your order until all items in the order list are available; in other words, there will be no partial or short shipping.

Holidays when orders will not be processed or shipped include:

  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • Plant closing days in the last week of December

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Onfloor.com offers three convenient shipping options:

  • Most Affordable (Ground Delivery):

    Shipments are normally delivered within five to ten business days by UPS for small packages and LT for large items
  • Expedited (2-Day Air Delivery):

    Shipments are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment for UPS small packages only
  • Fastest (Overnight Delivery):

    Shipments are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment (not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii) for UPS small packages only

For the protection of your shipment, any purchase over $500 requires a signature for delivery. If you will not be there to accept the delivery, ship it to someone you trust who will be available to sign for your package.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Most carriers make three attempts to deliver a package, after which the package will be returned to us. Please contact Onfloor Support to make arrangements for reshipment. Onfloor.com is not able to adjust the shipping method or shipping address once a package has left Onfloor.com's warehouse. Title and risk of loss will pass to you on delivery. All freight costs for shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you discover what you believe is a product defect in your Onfloor.com, please contact Onfloor.com Support. Such a defect, if any, may be covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Onfloor.com products carry a one (1) year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. You may review our Limited Warranty policy, including its limitations and exclusions, on our warranty page.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to unforeseen changes in supply. If the lead time changes significantly, Onfloor.com will post a message on the Onfloor.com Store, as well as on the Onfloor.com Operations Blog.

HOURS OF OPERATION

While the Onfloor.com Store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online (except for routine maintenance), orders will only be fulfilled during standard business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm EST).
