Pending unanticipated changes in product availability, payment, and warehouse processing time, orders received by 12:00 pm CST will be processed within the next business day and shipped within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
If not all items in your order are available, a customer service representative will call you to confirm whether you would like a partial shipment or prefer to wait until all items are ready. Onfloor.com will not ship your order until confirmation is received.
